We redesigned non-functional disposition of three bedroom apartment so that it can serve to two independent tenants. There are two night zones, each with bedroom, storage and bathroom with WC. Between the units is a common entry - day zone.
The apartment in the original state has many unnecessary wall partitions which created corridors and dark corners. Within the reconstructions we canceled all partitions and built them up again in different location.When changing the layout we had to adjust the distribution of air-conditioning in plasterboard ceilings.
