Design (visualization) of water oriented facades of residential houses

Given the countryside environment around the housing development, we found it important to provide inhabitants with maximum contact with the exterior. That is why atrium oriented apartments have loggias and large balconies allowing their inhabitants contact with a relaxation zone and water without leaving the apartment.

Design (visualization) of a courtyard with an artificial lake

The commanding element of the inner courtyard is the artificial water reservoir extending from one end of the area to the other. On both sides of the artificial canal a promenade for the inhabitants was designed. Wooden terraces on the banks are suitable for sitting or lying. Over the water there is a footbridge.

Design (visualization) of a playground

When it comes to new developments, we find playground the essential element creating opportunities for active relaxation of children as well as suitable place for parents “meetings”. When designing the playground we considered acoustic comfort in the hoses nearby, therefore it is acoustically insulated by surrounding houses.

Design (visualization) of a block of flats from the parking place

The parking house between the lengthwise arranged multifunctional houses and separate blocks of flats is intended mainly for guests. The facades oriented towards the parking lot compared to the facades in the courtyard are more introvert with smaller loggias not running around the whole perimeter.

Design (visualization) of lengthwise arranged blocks of flats from the road side

The rectangular blocks of flats on the longer side of the estate parallel to the main road protect the courtyard from the outside traffic. In front of the houses there is a parking lot for visitors. More closed facades with irregular window layout are lived up by balconies.

Design (visualization) of a family house

On the part of the estate situated furthest from the road we designed separate family houses with gardens providing as much privacy as possible. The architecture of the family houses goes together with the architecture of the whole development and simple building shapes mean effective thermo-physical properties saving the heating costs.
